Orlando Vergara Correa is the founder and CEO of Bluebarna Ecosystems.
With over 20 years of leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry — including senior roles at Merck & Co., Gilead Sciences, and Novartis — Orlando has worked across Europe, shaping strategies in more than fifty healthcare systems.
He is the author of Ecosystem Leaders Mindset: From Ego to Eco — The Great Migration Towards Ecosystems, a TEDx speaker, and a mentor in international programs.
